Progress

This last week, I haven’t posted as much as I would have liked to have done because I’ve been buried with some things at work – but luckily for all of us, they’re relevant to the posts that I like to put up on my channel.

Here’s something that can really bite you when outsourcing your MVP to an agency. Sometimes, you have no idea what they’re doing, and basically have no way of ever getting them to tell you what’s happening on the project.

This is an indication that you’ve maybe not selected the best agency to do this work. Ideally, you need these people to communicate with you.

Now it’s not necessarily a disaster, but if you’re a more “anxious client”, this can certainly be unpleasant. But either way, it’s much more ideal to work with an agency that’s going to illuminate clearly what’s going on with your project.

Detecting problems tends to be a bit easier – being late in delivery tends to mean that you have problems, even if it’s on a few days. But certainly, an agency that it’s as forthcoming with information as a black hole – it’s not great fun.
