Business Development Platform for the Insurance Industry

The business development agenda for a major insurance company supplier was being hindered by their ‘delivery platform’ which couldn’t do what needed to do. It was an old application written by a development partner they had no relationship with and the business was being stifled.

Action: We gave them a new platform that they could use to deliver their business development agenda on. This involved listening to what they needed, delivering software for the IFA’s to use and new in-house systems.  We actually built them a solution of lots of different strands.

Results: The upgraded and improved trading platform, not only achieved a faster, more responsive and flexible client service, but was also applauded by insurance brokers and IFAs, who now have access to a wider range of services from this client.
